We at Godrej are looking out for a talent pool of high caliber, experienced, well qualified women professionals who have taken a career break and want to get back into action.
This is a new initiative by the Godrej Group, which would like to benefit from the expertise of women professionals who opted to take a career break after some initial years of work. It has been undertaken with a view to adding the woman’s touch at Godrej by putting women in powerful positions from the beginning. Godrej Industries Limited and Associate Companies will provide extremely exciting and lucrative opportunities for this pool of talent. Along with this, we have exceptionally empathetic HR policies towards women.
Who can apply…?
Criteria 1 - Qualification:
All women professionals should possess one or more of the following qualifications:
Domain Area Finance & Accountancy Domain Management Domain Legal/Secretarial Domain Engineering/ Technology Domain
Qualification CA or CPA/ ICWA/ CMA/CFA or equivalent. Full time - 1 year or 2 year - MBA/PG Diploma in Management/MS in Management or equivalent from India or overseas or Doctorate Programme in Management from India or overseas. LLB, BL or equivalent graduate Law Course/ACS/Any Post Graduate
Law Course. B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Tech)/BS or equivalent from India or overseas
or M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc (Tech) or MS or equivalent from India or overseas or Doctorate in Engineering/ Technology.


Criteria 2 - Current Residence:
It is available to women professionals residing all over India.


Criteria 3 - Work Experience:
It is available only to women who have a work experience of two years or more in domain areas such as marketing, sales, advertising/communication, human resource management, finance/accounting, legal, manufacturing, engineering, IT, corporate planning, or other corporate functions.

Criteria 4 - Career Break:
The duration of the career break is of no consequence.
Picking the best out of the rest…...!! Selection procedure:
The selection process will be in multi-stages as under. It is expected to be completed within 60 days of the registration closure.
The four stages of the selection procedure will be as under:
Stage I Pappi test
Stage II First Interview
Stage III Final Interview
Godrej has a dedicated team to ensure a timely and transparent selection process.

It will depend on qualification and work experience. Will be manager and above.

The selected professionals will also go through a systematic and meticulous refresher course with faculty from reputed institutes. This course has been specially designed to help facilitate a smooth transition back into the corporate world and put them on a fast track in the organization.
